I’ve noticed that my breathing was becoming a bit more difficult lately. Yes… I tried to deny it at first, but it’s gotten worse in the past 2 weeks. It’s gotten to the point that I started to rummage around for my inhaler. This morning, I FINALLY bit the bullet and did what I’ve been dreading and putting off…
I stepped on the scales!!! *shudder*
There they were… in all their nasty and hideous glory… TEN extra pounds!!!! *throws self across bed in heaping sobs*
*raises head and sniffles piteously* I worked way too dang hard to lose that 67 pounds for them to come creeping back up on me now! Bastages! So what the hella happened?
Oh… er… uhm…
I could go on, but ‘nuf said…
It’s apparent that my sweet tooth has gone wild and I don’t know why! It’s been dormant for over a year dangitall!
I feel way too good since I lost the weight to go back to my former self… my confidence has soared… I date… I am bounce-off-the-walls-happy ALL the time… my health has been faboo with no asthma attacks…
To make a long story short, I need to get this under control before this 10 pounds turns into 20 pounds… and that 20 pounds turns into 30 pounds… and so on…
Problem? My motivation has much sucketh! I need my willpower and motivation back PRONTO!
So… here I sit… sending out an SOS and asking for help…
