1. I’m 43… I think… you eventually get to an age where you have to stop and think.

2. I’m divorced… and EXTREMELY happy about that fact! Yay me!

3. I have two kids that I love dearly… and I’m VERY proud of both of them… they’re fabulous people that I’d move heaven and earth for!

4. My parents are the bestest in the world! I don’t know what I’d do without them! They’ve given me great morals and happy memories.

5. My niece is like a daughter to me… and her boyfriend is soooo sweet.

6. My only brother was killed in a horrible accident 14 years ago… I still miss him and think about him every single day… he was my best friend.

7. I own a Canon Rebel XSI… but it’s too slow and I want a new one… remember that for Christmas….

8. I want my little red shoe logo tatted underneath my ankle.

9. I was valedictorian of my graduating class… well… ok… we had 8 girls and 0 boys that graduated that year, but still…. valedictorian.

11. I have two half-sisters that I never see.

12. I wish I could draw…

13. but I can write some mean poetry…

17. I’ve lived on the same spot of ground my entire life.

18. I wear contact lenses… I’m pretty much helpless without them…

19. I’m an elementary teacher.

20. I love leather furniture, but my dream home has white slipcovered furniture.

21. I have some wonderful online friends who would die for me… ok… maybe they wouldn’t literally die for me… but they would send me bail money… if they’re not sitting in the same cell…

22. My favorite foods are: ribeye steak (but it has to be tender), chocolate dip cones, Lindor chocolates, strawberries and mom’s chicken & dressing!

23. I have a cameo ring from Whiting and Davis. It’s the only one I’ve ever seen like it. I’ve searched high and low for a matching one to give my mom, but alas, my search has been in vain.

24. I have an extreme weakness for floral photography.

26. I’m ALWAYS late.

27. I hate pictures of myself… Mom has one of my glamour shots on the sofa table near her front door… I cringe every time I enter the house now.

28. I love getting manicures… long french tipped nails are my favorite… elegant and chic…

29. I have a thing for shoes… and I’d honestly wear some red-sequined hoochiemomma shoes if I could find some I like.

30. I’m at the point in my life where I honestly don’t give a rat’s arse what you think about me… I love me… so shove that in your pipe and smoke it… :p

31. I wish I’d been able to honestly say #30 several years ago.

32. I’m a homebody.

33. I’m really picky when it comes to dating. No alcoholics, druggies, smokers or lying cheaters for me…

34. I’m not prejudiced BTW… I don’t date smokers because it sets off my allergies.

35. And I’ve had enough life experience to know that guys with the other 3 problems are a waste of my valuable time….

36. I’d do Antonio Banderas, Trace Adkins or Mark Harmon in a heartbeat… da Bean? Not so much.

37. I love drizzly, dreary, rainy days… and snow… but I was married to a construction worker… bad weather means no work means no paycheck means no money for bills… for 18 years, I haven’t been able to truly enjoy the rain and snow… I revel in it now that I’m divorced and don’t have to worry about it any more… I even have a pair of rainboots now…

38. My favorite color is green. When I’m rich, I want a house decorated in green, white and silver with punches of pretty blue and pink sprinkled throughout… well, except for Landon’s room… I can live with camo there…

39. My two favorite songs of all time are Honky Tonk Badonkadonk by Trace Adkins and Blame It On The Rain by Milli Vanilli… yeah… I know… I’m complicated…

40. Before they retired, my dad was a security guard at a factory and my mom was a lunchroom lady at the school where I teach.

41. I love LUSH products… nothing makes my fine hair as poofy as their Big Shampoo.

42. I hate my flabby arms… I would love to wear something sleeveless, but I’m afraid I’d scare all the little children I work with.

43. I would love to do videos and podcasts, but I’m afraid people wouldn’t be able to understand my heavy Suth’uhn accent.

44. Oddly enough, this wild chick can be a bit shy and tongue-tied when she meets someone for the first time, but can get up and improv a speech in a room full of people.

45. I hate baths, but I’ll stand in a nice hot shower for 30 minutes.

46. If I don’t have coffee in the morning, mankind will cease to exist.

47. Hazelnut coffee creamer is my favorite.

48. You couldn’t pay me to eat guacamole… looks too much like baby poop to me. *gag* Beets and liver also make me wretch.

49. I’ve never experimented with drugs… EVER…

50. Dang! Only 50… *whine* The closest I’ve ever been to being drunk was when a waiter talked me into having a fancy coffee at a restaurant in Memphis… I got ready to leave and the room began to spin when I stood up… THEN the waiter informs me that it had hard liquor in it… Mom had to drive me home… with a pitstop on the side of the road when I got sick…

51. Yes… I am a bit of a prude… I’m a worrywart and too practical for my own good sometimes… but I have a wild side too… (see #36) Like I said… I’m complicated… very complicated…

52. I LOVE being pregnant… aside from a little heartburn, I always felt fabulous… and the horomonal high you get after natural childbirth is one of the most AMAZING experiences… if it weren’t for the fact that I don’t wanna be a Duggar, I’d stay knocked up all the time… but two kids is more than enough, so I stopped there…

53. I love Dave Ramsey, but that dang Suze Orman grates my last nerve.

54. I’d rather read non-fiction than fiction.

55. I love women’s magazines… and I completely devour the Photography magazine that my Bri-Guy sent me a subscription for…

56. I understand football… and baseball… Landon played both and I learned the rules then… I think I still remember most of them…

57. I collected Elvis Presley, Dukes of Hazzard and Charlie’s Angels bubblegum cards… my mom still has them…

58. When I was a teenager, the local library would let me check out 15-20 Harlequin Romance Novels at a time… I’d devour them in a week and head back for my next round….

59. I can shoot a gun… ok, not very well… but I could probably bag a deer… if I could be quiet… and if I wanted to get up at the buttcrack of dawn and freeze my arse off…

60. I like trout fishing… my favorite bait is corn… that’s probably why I like trout fishing… it doesn’t involve spearing wiggly worms on the end of a hook like other types of fishing…

61. My first major in college was pharmacy… but I had never had any experience in a science lab before because I came from such a small school… I left crying every day because I was afraid of doing the wrong thing and blowing something up…

62. I changed my major after the first semester… I decided to become an English teacher… you can stop laughing now…

63. I finally settled on elementary teacher because I’d rather work with younger kids…

64. I’m sitting here eating an Oreo Blast from Sonic right now.

65. I need to shave my legs more often.

66. I always wear my seatbelt.

67. I have a chocolate lab named Charlie and my mom has a yellow cat named Gizmo… they’re best friends…

68. I fell on my butt years ago and my tailbone still hurts when I sit.

69. When Vallory was little, she knocked a metal fence panel over and it almost landed on me… it scraped my hand on the way down and left a scar….

70. Landon flushed a $100 bill down the toilet when he was 2… amazingly, he survived the experience…

71. I love to play Uno.

72. I could stay at the Hemingway-Pfeiffer Museum in Piggott for hours.

73. I absolutely hate chick flicks. Give me some action… Die Hard… Terminator… but no really gory, slasher stuff like Nightmare On Elm Street…

74. I love vintage things.

75. I can spell incredably well.

76. I don’t normally watch TV… but if I do, it’s something like CSI or NCIS… and SpongeBob… I like SpongeBob….

77. I Google myself. (Get your mind out of the gutter!)

78. Landon got my insane sense of humor… Vallory got my love of reading…

79. I’m unorganized… probably because I’m a packrat.

80. I have been stalked… it’s not a good place to be in your life.

81. I sleep curled on my side in a fetal position with my hands tucked underneath the pillow. I usually wear a gown… I can’t stand pajamas. They’re too confining.

82. I don’t like chewing gum.

83. I’ve never had chicken pox, but I thought pneumonia would kill me a few years ago.

84. When I was a young adult, I ALWAYS played the part of Satan or the wicked woman in the plays at church… everyone agreed that I was a natural… go figure…

85. I prefer the Hardy Boys to Nancy Drew hands down… I blame Shaun Cassidy for this.

86. I don’t care if the toilet paper rolls from the top or bottom… just don’t dribble for Gawd’s sakes…

87. I’ve been to Graceland… on more than one occasion…

88. I loved Barbie dolls when I was little. My mom made clothes for them. I even had a Barbie van.

89. But my favorite doll when I was little was my Ms. Beasley doll. My mom still has her head and body minus the stuffing.

90. I vividly remember our silver tinsel tree with the rotating light when I was little. I’d love to have one in my house for Christmas.

92. I like walking… I’d like to walk a marathon…

93. When I read, I see a movie in my head… a few years ago, I was so heartbroken when I discovered that not all people have that joy… up until that point, I honestly thought everyone read that way…

94. My mind never rests… I’m usually thinking of several things at once… right now, for instance, I’m thinking of this post, the electric bill that’s due, how good ice cream is and whether or not I have enough toilet paper at the house… I mentioned that “complicated” word, right?

95. I’m not a morning person… yeah… like y’all didn’t know that one! *snort*

96. I’ve been to TWO Milli Vanilli concerts… but I sacrificed my ticket and let my niece take Vallory to the Justin Bieber concert instead of going myself… yeah… I’m sweet like that…. <-- can't believe I talked about Justin Bieber without gagging

97. I still have nightmares about Barney... there's only so many episodes of "I Love You, You Love Me" being sung by a big purple dinosaur that a young mother can take... I crossed that limit when Landon was 3...

98. I'm having an eye lift because my lashes were poking me in the eye instead of turning correctly... I'd seriously take a boob job and bat wing removal too if someone out there wants to donate them... *grin*

99. I can't stand Miracle Whip... I'd rather have the taste of plain old mayo on my sandwich... I'm always bitterly disappointed if I order a burger at a restaurant and bite into the sweet taste of Miracle Whip instead of mayo...

100. My real name is Mary Kaye... when I was in third grade, KC and the Sunshine Band was all the rage... I wanted to be called KC, but I didn't want anyone to know why... my maiden name starts with C and my 8 year old brain came up with a brilliant idea... I took my middle name Kaye and spelled out my last initial to Cee to get KayeCee... I spent my entire 3rd grade year trying in vain to get my classmates and teacher to call me KayeCee... when 4th grade started, I was just plain old Mary Kaye again... but KayeCee has always been my pseudonym since that time and was a logical choice for my flamboyant online personality...
